Order Processing:
All orders will be processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time you receive your order confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification to track your package.

Please note that international shipping is not available at this time.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges.


If you wish to return an item, you have up to 14 days from the date of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle each return request on a case-by-case basis and aim to find a satisfactory solution.


Damaged Items:
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us at as soon as possible, providing your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will address the issue on an individual basis and work towards a resolution.

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase when returning the item.


Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its arrival. Once the item has been inspected, we will promptly update you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original method of payment. The processing time for the refund may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.


The shipping costs for returning an item will be your responsibility. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
